  1. Andrew McGregor

    CEO

    Andrew founded eCommera with Michael Ross in 2007, having worked in the online arena for more than 10 years. Immediately before starting eCommera, Andrew was Marketing Director at BT, where he was responsible for the online channel. Before that he was involved in two technology start-ups. His early career was in publishing, first as Marketing Director then Web Director for The Economist. He helped launch economist.com along with its online bookshop in 1998, before taking global responsibility for the online business.

  2. Michael Ross

    Director

    Michael co-founded eCommera with Andrew McGregor. Prior to eCommera, Michael was CEO of Figleaves.com, the world's leading online retailer of multi-brand lingerie, underwear, hosiery and swimwear, selling over 200 brands from Aubade to Zimmerli. Prior to Figleaves, Michael was at McKinsey and Company where he worked with media and retail clients in the early days of the Internet. Michael is ranked number 27 on Retail Week’s ranking of the 50 most powerful people in online retail in 2011.

  3. Debbie Bond

    Director, Retail Services

    Debbie joined eCommera as Director of Consulting and is now the Director Retail Services, running both eCommera's consulting practice and the online shop for the London Organising Committee of the Olympic Games.  Debbie’s experience is based on a foundation of commercial retail experience of core buying, merchandising and operational skills via mail order catalogues, eCommerce and DiTV; having worked at Arcadia Group, Sainsbury, Tesco, Greenfingers (start up),  BskyB, and  Harrods.

  4. Mark Dermody

    Operations and Engineering Director

    Mark is responsible for the design, development, test and infrastructure of world-class ecommerce solutions for eCommera’s clients. Ecommerce is highly competitive and the technology complex, critical and demanding, Mark’s remit is to provide eCommera’s clients with comprehensive trading capability and constant innovation so they are never left behind. Mark leads a global and multi-lingual organisation across UK, Eastern Europe and India and has over 14 years experience in development and delivery of retail ecommerce solutions, with Ocado, New Look and Sainsburys.

  5. Euan Menzies

    Finance Director

    Euan leads on finance and legal matters at eCommera; he joined the company in 2008. He offers guidance internally to all business areas on the consequences of implementing the company strategy and externally to the Board, professional advisors and other stakeholders. He has spent the last 10 years in similar CFO roles with fast growing B2B technology companies in a range of business sectors. He has wide experience managing growth both in the UK and overseas.

  6. Nick Mclean

    Director of Products and Marketing

    Nick is responsible for defining and evolving eCommera's product strategy, managing product marketing, and developing the market visibility and go to market tactics for eCommera to meet and exceed its business and commercial objectives. He has extensive experience in similar roles, having established the marketing and product management functions in previous companies; led the creation, development and expansion of new product portfolios; and managed high-performing international teams.

  7. Martin Newenham

    Client Services Director

    Martin is responsible for driving the delivery of exceptional services to eCommera’s platform customers, ensuring site builds and enhancement builds are delivered on time, within budget and to agreed quality. Martin has over 25 years experience within the retail sector, with roles including consulting, trading and IT, for businesses such as PMC, Superdrug, argos.co.uk, big W, Woolworths and BIS.

  8. Simon Niesler

    Commercial Director

    Simon's remit is to drive eCommera's revenue generating activities, devising strategies to target the world's leading retailers and brands, and ensuring sales execution to the highest standards. Simon has over 12 years experience building and leading high performance sales teams for organisations including Microstrategy, EMC and Veritas Software.  His experience is based on a foundation of sales excellence, recruiting, developing and leading teams with clearly defined goals.
