Space NK wanted to build its brands globally by launching country-specific as well as brand-specific webstores. With a very ambitious schedule, Space NK was looking for a partner who could get the new webstores live in less than four months and then provide continuous support for growth. 

eCommera re-launched Space NK online with a central brand site across multiple markets in four months. This was quickly followed by the launch of Eve Lom skincare, the first of many brand-specific eCommerce sites that are planned.
 
Today, Space NK’s commerce solution includes:

  • Weekly data analysis and reporting for continuous optimisation by eCommera’s Insight Services Team

Since the initial launch in February 2011, Space NK and eCommera continue to evaluate and roll out new solutions to optimise customer acquisition and retention.
