Horze
Case study
Leading equestrian retailer, Horze, chose eCommera when they needed a partner who could deliver a commerce platform able to support multiple international webstores, while also delivering seamless performance throughout peak trading times.
eCommera re-built Horze’s international webstore to include eleven international sites supporting five currencies from a single multi-channel commerce platform. The webstore is run from a single catalogue and has fully customised local storefronts with multiple promotion and sales campaigns tailored per locale.
The platform, based on a fully-scalable Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model, ensures consistent performance, resolving issues previously suffered with stability during peak trading times.
Today, Horze’s commerce solution includes:
- DynamicCommerceTM—our multi-channel commerce platform that supports international sites from a single catalogue
- Integration with multiple payment gateways, including Global Collect, to support local currency preferences
- Full 24/7 technical support for all online commerce technology via a single SLA.
Today, Horze are free to focus on the business of trading rather than worrying about the technology.
"With the solution provided by eCommera, Horze has got an innovative platform where we can give our customers a superb shopping-experience and thereby increase conversion. Before we struggled with performance on peaks, now we can focus on sales instead of dealing with infrastructure and performance issues.”
Arne Christensen, CTO and Project Manager.
Working in coordination, Horze and eCommera continue to evolve and expand the multi-channel commerce operation to drive growth.
Horze has been an eCommera client since 2010.
