Andrew McGregor – CEO
Andrew founded eCommera together with Michael Ross in 2007. Andrew brings over 10 years of online experience. Immediately prior to eCommera, Andrew was Marketing Director at BT, where he held responsibility for the online channel in Business. Prior to that he was involved in two technology start ups. His early career was in publishing. As Marketing Director then Web Director for The Economist, he was involved with the launch of economist.com and its online book shop in 1996, before taking global responsibility for the online business.

Michael Ross – Director
Michael founded eCommera together with Andrew McGregor in 2007. Prior to eCommera, Michael was co-founder and CEO of Figleaves.com which has grown to become the world's leading online retailer of multi-brand lingerie, underwear, hosiery and swimwear, selling over 200 brands from Aubade to Zimmerli. Prior to figleaves.com, Michael was a Manager at McKinsey and Company where he worked with a number of media and retail clients in the early days of the Internet.
He is also a non-executive director of GlassesDirect.com and Spreadshirt.com and adviser to WarehouseExpress.com.

Richard Yeo – CTO
As CTO, Richard Yeo is responsible for the successful onboarding of retailers and the technical and product strategy of the eCommera platform. Prior to eCommera, Richard was CTO for fish4, a leading portal for jobs, homes and cars in the UK. Previously Richard was CTO for easyGroup the private investment vehicle of Stelios Haji-Ioannou, the founder of easyJet, that incubates new businesses trading under the distinctive easy brand. Earlier in his career Richard was a Senior Consultant for Hewlett Packard Consulting.

Alison Conway – Head of Client Services
Alison leads our client management team and works across the eCommera retailers to drive each company's online business and maximize revenues. Alison joined eCommera from Amazon Services where she helped drive the re-launch of the Marks & Spencer website on the Amazon platform. While at Amazon / M&S, Alison drove sales and marketing efforts to increase M&S sales and conversion rates, and was responsible for the M&S &L at Amazon. Prior to Amazon, she managed the consumer internet businesses for Four Marketing, a clothing wholesaler representing a range of brands such as CP Company, Evisu, Superfine, oki-ni and others in the UK market. She started her ecommerce career on the marketing and business development teams at boo.com.

Martin Bartle – Marketing Director

Emma Hunt – Head of Client Engagement
Emma leads our Client engagement and is responsible for ensuring the successful onboarding of new retailers onto the eCommera platform. Emma brings over 10 years online experience working on large complex projects within online banking, BT and recently with eCommera. She has been involved in delivering a number of programmes within BT, including the implementation of Endeca. She has also led the implementation of 4 ecommerce businesses including complex cross channel order management within eCommera.
