About Us Management Team
Andrew founded eCommera with Michael Ross in 2007, after having worked in marketing and general management for over 15 years in media, technology and telecoms. His involvement with commerce stretches back to The Economist Group where he helped launch then ran their nascent digital business in the late 1990s. As Marketing and Strategy Director at British Telecom plc, he latterly ran their digital transformation incorporating commerce in addition to running their product businesses in the business market in the UK.
Co-founder & Chief Scientist
Michael co-founded eCommera with Andrew McGregor in 2007. Prior to eCommera, Michael was CEO of Figleaves.com, the world's leading online retailer of multi-brand lingerie, and swimwear.
Michael is the force behind the Trading Intelligence Quarterly and regularly presents at eCommerce events across Europe. Michael also works very closely with our team of analysts developing formulas, models and algorithms that solve the challenges of online retail.
In 2011 Michael ranked number 27 on Retail Week’s ranking of the 50 most influential people in retail.
President, eCommera US
John brings over ten years of experience in executive management and SaaS to eCommera. Prior to eCommera, John was featured regularly as the Chief Strategy Officer, IBM Smarter Commerce at leading industry events and in key publications. Prior to his time at IBM, John spent 11 years at Coremetrics where through various roles John helped turn Coremetrics into a leading website analytics tool.
As President, eCommera, Inc, John Squire is responsible for all aspects of eCommera’s DynamicAction product globally and for the development of eCommera’s presence in the US market.
Director, European Business Development
Mark has extensive experience in taking blue chip companies in the IT and telecommunications industry to the next level in their growth phase.
At eCommera, Mark is tasked with creating the business development strategy for the European market with a focus on developing and managing the Business Development Team.
Mark is an experienced business leader and has over 20 year’s global leadership experience providing supply chain, procurement and eCommerce solutions to enterprise customers. Mark was executive VP responsible for technology and services at enterprise SaaS provider Hubwoo and held leadership roles at OpenText and Hummingbird.
As COO, Mark is responsible for leading eCommera's technology & services operations globally and ensuring company-wide continuous improvement and operational excellence.
VP Customer Success and On-boarding
Debbie has a broad foundation of multi-channel retail experience across buying, merchandising and operations via mail order catalogues, eCommerce and DiTV which she achieved through her tenures in key roles at Arcadia Group, Sainsbury, Tesco, Greenfingers, BskyB, and Harrods.
Debbie oversees eCommera's adoption programme for its decision intelligence tool: DynamicAction. As part or her role, Debbie manages an international team to ensure that clients have access to support and training in order to realise the benefits of DynamicAction.
Euan has over ten years of experience as CFO at a number of B2B technology companies, both in the UK and abroad.
Euan leads all finance and legal matters at eCommera. He joined the company in 2008 to guide us in all strategic business areas.
Director of Products & Marketing
Nick has over twenty years experience in implementing strategic marketing and product development programmes for growing technology companies.
Nick is responsible for defining and evolving our product strategy, managing product marketing, and developing the market visibility and go-to-market tactics for us to meet and exceed our business and commercial objectives.

Martin has over 25 years of experience within the retail sector, with roles spanning across consulting, trading and IT, for businesses such as PMC, Superdrug, argos.co.uk, big W, Woolworths and BIS.
Martin is responsible for driving exceptional services to our platform customers, ensuring site and enhancement builds are delivered on time, within budget and to agreed quality.
